1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Pipeline Labs ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the Pipeline Labs platform, browser extension, API, and related services (collectively, the "Service") available at pipelinelabs.ai.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pipeline Labs is an AI-powered revenue platform for B2B sales teams. The Service includes:
- Prospect discovery and enrichment using third-party data providers.
- Multi-channel outreach sequences (email and LinkedIn).
- AI-generated email drafts, reply suggestions, and prospect intelligence.
- Hiring signal detection, tech stack analysis, and company research.
- A browser extension for LinkedIn and Gmail integration.
- CRM-like prospect management and pipeline tracking.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) in violation of applicable laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or the New Zealand Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
- Harvest or scrape personal data except as permitted by the Service's intended functionality.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platform (LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including LinkedIn, Google (Gmail, Calendar), and others. By connecting these accounts, you:
- Authorize Pipeline Labs to access and use data from those platforms as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Acknowledge that your use of connected platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service.
- Understand that third-party platform limitations, rate limits, or policy changes may affect Service functionality.
- Can revoke access to connected accounts at any time through the Service settings or the third-party platform directly.
6. Google API Services
Pipeline Labs' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access Google data necessary to provide the features you have enabled and do not use this data for advertising or other unauthorized purposes.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
7.1 Plans and Pricing
The Service is offered under subscription plans with varying features and usage limits. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
7.2 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires. No credit card is required to start a free trial unless otherwise stated.
7.3 Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
7.4 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, AI models, and documentation, is owned by Pipeline Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service functionality.
9. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate email drafts, prospect insights, and other content. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and may contain inaccuracies.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending.
- Pipeline Labs is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content you choose to send.
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data obtained through the Service, including prospect data from third-party providers.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPELINE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pipeline Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
- You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
- We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including Sections 8, 11, 12, 13, and 15).
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
