When you connect third-party accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Gmail, Google Workspace), we access data as authorized by you through those platforms' OAuth flows. This may include:

  • Profile information and messaging capabilities (LinkedIn) for sales engagement.
  • Calendar data (Google Calendar) for scheduling, if enabled.

4. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Pipeline Labs' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We only request access to the Google API scopes necessary to provide our Service functionality (sending emails, reading inbox for reply detection, calendar access if enabled).
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
  • We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
  • We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI or ML models.
  • Human access to Google user data is limited to what is necessary for support, security, legal compliance, or with explicit user consent.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, Unipile for messaging integrations, Apollo.io for prospect data, AI providers for intelligence features).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
